Minimum FICO is 640 for purchase, rate/term refinances, cash out refinances and all streamline refinances. Loans without a minimum FICO of 640 must be locked by November 2, 2009. Streamline refinances without a minimum FICO of 640 must be locked by November 2, 2009.
